Performance #1

Performance #2

For me the experience of Auditioning, Rehearsing and Performing was the highlight of my cruise.
Getting to know our teachers Jen & Alberto, who were so supportive even when we kept making mistakes.

The feeling backstage when the stage manager calls out 10 minutes, 5 minutes, 3 minutes ....
On stage in the dark, knowing there were 500 or more people behind the curtain .... wow ....

it was just a great experience.

The Audience reaction was fantastic.

This was  the first time this had been done in the whole Royal Carribean Fleet ... so we were the "Take Out" cast.

Thanks again to Jen & Alberto our fantastic instructors .... hope we met your expectations.
Alberto, Phil & Jen

I believe that this was the cruise director Chris's idea, many thanks to him for organising this.
Whilst I remember, Chris sang a fantastic version of "I still call Australia Home" towards the end of the show.

I would definitely recommend doing this if you are at all interested singing, dancing or just experiencing what it is like to perform in front of a large audience.

I big thanks to all the other members of the troope, it was fun .... meeting each other about the ship and feigning some of the dance moves .... :-)
